भारत की डिजिटल सार्वजनिक अवसंरचना, डिजिटल मुद्रा, तथा ऑनलाइन बिक्री, गेमिंग, प्लेटफ़ॉर्म और प्रतिस्पर्धा का विनियमन। यह ई-गवर्नेंस पर GS2 के और डिजिटल अर्थव्यवस्था पर GS3 के उत्तरों में काम आता है।

प्रारंभिक और मुख्य

आयुष्मान भारत डिजिटल मिशन (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission, ABDM) का एकीकृत स्वास्थ्य इंटरफ़ेस (Unified Health Interface, UHI) साझा प्रोटोकॉल वाला एक खुला नेटवर्क है, ताकि रोगी और सेवा प्रदाता को परस्पर संपर्क के लिए एक ही ऐप पर न होना पड़े।

  • किसी भी UHI सक्षम ऐप से आया अनुरोध राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य प्राधिकरण (National Health Authority, NHA) द्वारा संचालित ABDM गेटवे से होकर पंजीकृत प्रदाताओं तक जाता है, और खोज, बुकिंग तथा सेवा पूर्ति एक ही साझा भाषा में होती है।
  • यह रोगियों की पहचान के लिए आयुष्मान भारत स्वास्थ्य खाता (Ayushman Bharat Health Account, ABHA), प्रदाताओं के सत्यापन के लिए स्वास्थ्य पेशेवर और स्वास्थ्य सुविधा रजिस्ट्रियों, और सहमति आधारित डेटा साझा करने के लिए स्वास्थ्य सूचना विनिमय का उपयोग करता है।
  • इसके चार सिद्धांत हैं अंतरसंचालनीयता, निष्पक्ष खोज योग्यता, सत्यापन और खुले प्रोटोकॉल।
  • ड्रग रजिस्ट्री ABDM की चौथी मुख्य रजिस्ट्री बनती है, जो Systematized Nomenclature of Medicine Clinical Terms के कोड का उपयोग करती है ताकि एक ही दवा अलग अलग प्रणालियों में अलग नामों से दर्ज न हो।
  • पूर्ण अस्पताल प्रबंधन प्रणालियाँ छोटे क्लिनिकों के लिए बहुत महँगी हैं, जिससे ABDM को अपनाने की गति धीमी होती है।

    • आरोग्य सेतु राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य प्राधिकरण को सौंपा गया और व्यक्तिगत स्वास्थ्य रिकॉर्ड (Personal Health Record) ऐप के रूप में फिर से शुरू हुआ।

    मुख्य परीक्षा: खुले प्रोटोकॉल किसी एक प्लेटफ़ॉर्म में बँधे रहने की स्थिति समाप्त करते हैं और छोटे तथा ग्रामीण प्रदाताओं को बराबर दृश्यता देते हैं।
