Every plan includes

  • Class notes
  • A quiz in every class
  • Weekly tests
  • Daily practice sets
  • Weekly doubt clinic

Each plan builds on the one before it, except PFP (GS only), which is PFP without CSAT. Savings are against the same modules, and the test series where a plan includes it, bought separately at their own prices. Budget and Economic Survey is part of Current Affairs, so it is not counted twice.

What Prelims from First Principles (PFP) brings

  1. 01

    The syllabus taught, not revised

217 live sessions taught from first principles, not a thirty to ninety day revision course.

  2. 02

    Tested as you go

A short quiz in every class, a weekly test set by your teacher, and all 35 tests of the Prelims Test Series, released from 15 December and open until 20 May.

  3. 03

    Current affairs taught once, properly

From 17 January to 16 May, a week before the paper.

  4. 04

    Support to the examination, included

Current affairs twice a week, revision capsules and a May rapid revision continue after 14 February at no extra cost.

  5. 05

    Exam technique, taught deliberately

Eight PYQ Lab lectures on how UPSC builds a question and how to attempt it.

Single modules

Bought on their own

Any of the twelve modules can be bought on its own. Tap one for what it covers.

Each module has one price. Budget and Economic Survey is part of Current Affairs. The CSAT module does not include the CSAT test series, which can be added at ₹2,999, inclusive of all taxes.

What each module covers

General Studies

Geography

₹3,499inclusive of all taxes

Physical geography from the Earth's motions and interior through landforms, the atmosphere, climate and the oceans; India's physiography, rivers, monsoon, agriculture, resources and population; and the world's landforms, climatic regions, resources and choke points.

The last lecture works through how previous year questions are built.

General Studies

Indian Economy

₹3,999inclusive of all taxes

The economy from first principles: national income, growth and poverty, unemployment, inflation, money, monetary policy, banking and capital markets.

Then public finance and taxation, the external sector and trade, agriculture, industry and infrastructure, closing with planning, schemes and the Budget.

General Studies

Mapping Intensive

₹1,999inclusive of all taxes

India's physical features, rivers, protected areas and places in the news, then the world's physical and political map, its straits, canals and choke points, ending in a 100 location drill.

Taught in the fortnight straight after Geography, while the physical map is still fresh. Mapping is where most aspirants feel weakest, so it gets a module of its own, every session spent on the map itself.

General Studies

Science & Technology

₹3,499inclusive of all taxes

Space, nuclear and defence technology; biotechnology from the cell and DNA to gene editing and vaccines; health; computing, artificial intelligence, quantum and cybersecurity; materials, robotics and energy technology.

It opens with how UPSC asks the subject and closes with science policy, intellectual property and a twelve month current affairs capsule.

Then climate science, climate negotiations and adaptation, the international conventions, and the organisations that run and fund them.

Payment and course access are handled by our learning platform, Vidsafe. Prices include all taxes. Refund policy

General Studies

Polity & Governance

₹3,499inclusive of all taxes

The Constitution from its evolution and Preamble through Fundamental Rights and Directive Principles, the Union executive, Parliament and the judiciary, federalism, the states and local government.

Then emergency provisions, the constitutional and statutory bodies, amendments and the basic structure doctrine, elections, and the judgments that matter for Prelims.

General Studies

Modern Indian History

₹1,999inclusive of all taxes

From the arrival of the Europeans and the colonial economy through the revolts, the reform movements and the rise of nationalism, the Gandhian era and constitutional development to 1935, to Quit India, Partition and the consolidation after independence.

General Studies

PYQ Lab & Exam Technique

₹999inclusive of all taxes

How UPSC builds a Prelims question and the distractor patterns it relies on; statement, assertion and reason, matching and sequencing formats; elimination, and when negative marking makes a guess worth taking; and an attempt strategy ending in a full simulated attempt.

The closing week of the course is about the examination itself rather than its syllabus. Eight lectures on how the paper is built and how it should be attempted, taught as a module of its own because it is the part of preparation that moves scores most.

Module

CSAT Intensive (Paper II)

₹6,999inclusive of all taxes

Paper II from its architecture and a diagnostic test, through basic numeracy, data interpretation, reasoning and comprehension, to decision making and a full paper simulation.

The CSAT test series is not part of this module. It can be added at ₹2,999, inclusive of all taxes.

Module

Current Affairs from First Principles

₹6,999inclusive of all taxes

Five classes on the 2026 backlog; eighteen core classes, of which seven are the Budget and Economic Survey block taught in the fortnight they are presented, available separately for anyone who wants only that, and the rest monthly roundups and each subject in the news; and an eight class final sprint of probable questions and an exam week briefing.

Thirty one classes, plus a recorded backlog capsule on June–December 2026 released in November. Current affairs is taught inside each subject.

This module is the last one still teaching. Every other module has finished by 14 February; current affairs runs on for another three months and closes one week before you sit the paper.

31

Payment and course access are handled by our learning platform, Vidsafe. Prices include all taxes. Refund policy

Module

Budget and Economic Survey

₹499inclusive of all taxes

The Economic Survey and the Union Budget, taken apart in the fortnight they are presented. What the Survey argues and which of its numbers UPSC has historically asked about; the Budget’s structure, the major heads, the deficits, and how to read the receipts and expenditure statements; the year’s tax changes, the allocations to flagship schemes, and the announcements most likely to become questions.

We read the Economic Survey and the Union Budget as documents, not summaries, because economy questions draw on them every year.

These seven classes are part of the Current Affairs module, and so of every plan from GS Complete upward. Buy them on their own only if you are preparing everything else elsewhere.

One thing about this shape is deliberate. The teaching block finishes by one o'clock, which leaves an unbroken afternoon and evening for reading — in a programme this dense, study time matters as much as class time.

FAQs

Is this a crash course?
No. A crash course revises a syllabus you already hold, usually in thirty to ninety days. This teaches the syllabus from the beginning across 217 live sessions. If you have already covered everything and want only practice, the test series on its own is the right purchase.
What if I miss a class?
Every lecture is recorded and available by three o'clock the same day, and stays available. The Wednesday doubt clinic exists partly for people catching up.
When are the tests released, and can I fall behind?
The 35 tests of the Prelims Test Series are released between Tuesday 15 December 2026 and 30 April 2027, on a schedule that follows the syllabus subject by subject. Every test then stays open until 20 May, so anyone who joins late or misses a release can still attempt all of them before the examination. Every student gets the full series, whenever they start.
Why does current affairs start only in January?
Because most of what Prelims 2027 will ask about has not happened yet. Teaching current affairs in November means covering a half empty year and then covering it again in April. Beginning on 17 January, four days after the notification (due 13 January as per the UPSC calendar, subject to change), means the year is taught once and taught properly — and it then runs continuously to 16 May, a week before the paper. The June–December 2026 backlog is covered by a recorded capsule released in November.
Can I move up a plan later?
Yes. Pay the difference between the two plans, up to the end of Week 3. From PFP (GS only) you can move up to full PFP any time before Prelims.
Should I take PFP or PFP (GS only)?
Take full PFP unless you comfortably score above 50% in CSAT mock papers. PFP (GS only) is everything in PFP except CSAT: the 30 CSAT lectures and the 10 CSAT tests. If CSAT turns out harder than you expected, upgrade to full PFP any time before Prelims by paying the difference.
Can I buy a single subject?
Yes. Every module listed on this page can be bought on its own. This is designed for repeat aspirants with one weak area, and for State PSC candidates.
What is actually different about the mentoring plan?
The calls are with a member of the teaching faculty, not a separate mentor team. There are 120 seats, capped so that every student can be tracked properly, and the cap will not be expanded.
Can I buy current affairs on its own?
Yes, at ₹6,999, inclusive of all taxes. It is the longest module in the programme and the only one still running in May. It is included in every plan from GS Complete upward, so buying it separately only makes sense if you are preparing everything else elsewhere.
Is there a refund?
Yes. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Can I buy the Budget and Economic Survey classes on their own?
Yes, at ₹499 for the seven classes, inclusive of all taxes. They are part of the Current Affairs module, and so of every plan from GS Complete upward. Buy them separately only if you are preparing everything else elsewhere.
