यह क्या है

  • रक्षा कूटनीति विदेश नीति के उद्देश्यों के लिए सशस्त्र बलों और रक्षा प्रतिष्ठान का उपयोग है: अभ्यास, प्रशिक्षण, अताशे, हथियारों की बिक्री और आपदा प्रतिक्रिया। भारत के पास इसके लिए कोई सार्वजनिक ढाँचा नहीं था; रक्षा मंत्रालय (Defence Ministry) और विदेश मंत्रालय इसे मामला दर मामला चलाते थे।
